Legal Question in Consumer Law in New Mexico
form for subpoena of my phone records (1 month)
T-Mobile will not give me my full phone records for Feb 06, and I'd like them. Where do I get the necessary form? Is one available on line or does this demand an actual lawyer?

If this is in connection with a lawsuit, you should be able to get the records. If they refuse to give them to you as a consumer, you may write to your state's public utilities commission.
