Legal Question in Consumer Law in New Mexico
Motorcycle
I recently purchased a 2007 motorcycle. When it was purchased it did not have any miles on it and is a stock motorcycle. Since I have had it, it has been in the shop over 3 times for the same problem for over 30 days. I have contacted the manufacturer and the dealership I purchased this from. Neither of them want to purchace the motorcycle back. What would my best course of action be?

Re: Motorcycle
Is is now fixed?
What does warranty say?
I would need to review and research to advise, but if it is now fixed you have what you paid for. I presume no charges were incurred for the repairs?
