restaurant gratuity
what's the difference between a gratuity and a service charge? what can be done if a customer refuses to pay the gratuity % stated in the menu for a certain number of guest in a group?

probably call the police for theft of services..but I doubt if the restaurant would do that...but they have the right in my opinion..
