Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New Mexico
Advice on old debt.
I have multiple debt dated back to 2001
that I have stopped making payments.
Can I be sued by creditors? What the best
way to get this resolved? Thank you so
much.

Yes you can be sued and property seized and accounts garnished. However I have helped many clients negotiate payoffs with CC companies without filing Bankrptcy.
