Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New Mexico
A company called looking for my mother-in-law. Would only give initials of compnay name said he would lose job if gave the company name. Is this accurate?

No. And you would be wise not to speak with such person again. If someone calls with that kind of lead-in, do not answer any questions but tell them they must be submitted in writing. Anyone can say anything over the phone, and you have no idea who/where they are or who they work for.
