Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New Mexico
i live in a MH which is financed by Greentree by my father, now deceased. I have continued to make payments and reside in the home. I am considering letting Greentree repossses the MH. Am I financially or otherwise legally liable for balances owed, etc. I own the land it is on.

Unless you signed the mortgage or loan agreement in some capacity, you have no liability for the item which was financed.
