Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New Mexico
I just received a Order of Administrative Closure from the First Judicial District Court of New Mexico regarding a Credit Management Company as the plaintiff vs me. What does this mean? Do I need to contact a lawyer? Can they reopen a debt that is well past the years allowable by the state?

It sounds as though your case has been dismissed. If that is so, and if the statute of limitations has run, then you are in no danger of having to pay.It would be wise to contact a lawyer for an interpretation of the Order to ensure is is one ending the case.
