Attend the hearing, and by all means dump the so-called credit relief agency. All they do is take your money, and no one pays any attention to them. Most of them are scams, and no one should ever sign on with one which charges a fee based on anything other than proven results. If they in fact save you money, a fee is appropriate. Other than that, you are just throwing money at them which you should be throwing at your creditor. The type of hearing you are inquiring about means you have been sued.
