Accused of Receving stolen property

I need advice, my head is about to explode into billions of pieces. I've been charged with Receiving Stolen Propterty, Tampering with evidence, Conspiracy to commit tampering with evidence. worth over $100 but less then $250. I had been asked by an aquaintance of mine to download music, games, videos and such to an ipod of his as a favor. I took the favor and the next day, i had brought it to 3rd period for my friend, and he didnt want to take it, pushed it back into my backpack because he was afraid that the owner had seen it. so later on, the teacher had search my friends backpack and also my backpack. Soon she found the ipod within my backpack, and notified officers. Now i m sitting here with the letter, notifiying me that a petition, has been filed in this court alleging that you committed receiving stolen property, tampering with evidence, and conspiracy to committ tampering. count1: receiving stolen property(retain_ (over $100 but no more than $250, count 2: tampering with evidence, count 3 conspiracy to committ tampering with evidence. If you need more info please email me, This is a juvenile case. I''ve never done anything bad before. never entered court before also. also do i HAVE to have a lawyer represent me ?
