Ankle braclet probation
If on probation with an ankle braclet in the State of New Mexico and you violate your probation do you do your remainder of time you would have had left on the braclet or would you start the whole time all over again

It depends. The judge can put you back out for the remainder of the time, or he can send you to prison for the initial sentence, depending upon how bad the PV was. He can also give an unsatisfactory probation discharge. Judges have wide latitude in disposing of PV's in NM.
