I was taken to jail over a scratch on my boyfriends chest, got bailed out and was wondering since this is my first offense do you think i would be sentenced to serve jail time?

Assuming no prior DV convictions or a multitude of calls to law enforcement over domestic disturbances, first offenders are almost never given jail time. There may be a probation and/or anger management classes or some other intervention, but confinement is very unlikely under the circumstances you describe.
