battery on a household member
my recent x-boyfriend attacked me in our motel room in which we had been staying the past two months, I called 911 and defended myself, I ended up going to jail for 24hrs manditory. what should i tell the judge in the morning when i go to court? i sustained a concution several contusions and bruising all over my body i also have a black eye and head injuries and 2 cracked ribs

Tell the truth. Show your injuries. Take any witnesses or other proof you might have with you. If you have none, go it alone.
