bond court

my fiance is detained in one county, and has a $35,000 cash assurity bond, and while he was there he had charges placed on him in another county where he has a $25,000 cash only bond, first county is 3 counts, possesion of cocaine, trafficking, and conspiracy to traffick. second is three counts of trafficking cocaine. can both bonds run concurrent?

No. He will be required to post two different bonds, one in each county in which he is charged. Note that one is cash or surety, the other is cash only. The two different courts will each require a bond to that court, and each may impose additional and different conditions of release.
