Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Mexico
On bond for 15 months
I have been out on bond for about 15 months or more for a felony of drug trafficking. I was arested on may 19 2004
and I just had court on sep 23 2005 I pled not guilty
I was told i could win by the passage of time.If so
what do i do now?

You may be eligible for release because of excessive delay between indictment and arraignment. You need an experienced criminal lawyer to advise you as the area is quite technical. Surely you have a lawyer for the felony? If not, get one at once.
