Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Mexico
Out on bond for six months and no target letter
I have been out on bond for six months for a felony of drug trafficking and I haven't received a target letter or any notification about my case or a court date. Is there a certain amount of time that the law has to take me to court about this?

Yes, but it is 15 months. Be patient, do nothing, and you may win by the passage of time.
