breaking and entering ,destruction of private property
my house had its front door kicked in and bedroom door kicked in and nothing was stollen just a cable box was broken what should i do

1. Report the event to the police; 2. Install a solid-core front door with a deadbolt and heavy-duty hinge plates with extended security screws; 3. consider installing a grated screen security door; 4. consider an alarm system; 5. form a Neighborhood Watch group - your police department will help; 6. Get a watch dog.
