Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Mexico
what does this mean?
When looking up my case online the last thing posted says cls: ord terminating probation. What does that mean? Does that mean I was discharged or something else? I have seen my probation officer since it was posted but he said nothing about it.

Re: what does this mean?
It means the case was closed and the probation terminated. You should, however, either check with your lawyer or go to the courthouse and make sure such an Order is in your file. You cannot always rely upon the online information to be accurate.
