My daughter is 18 and living out on her own. Can she get back child support for the 10 years she lived with me and father did not pay support?

Yes. NM law requires that she bring a civil suit for back child support against her father within 3 years of her 18th birthday, assuming he was under legal obligation to pay child support on her behalf.
