common name and description of offense charged
i was given a crimnal summons to appear in court the charges from what i understand are as follows
[comon name and discription of offense} over three years ago i was pulled over for no tailights unforgently i did a very stupid thing and gave them a girlfriends of mine's I.D after recieving the ticket i tryed paying it off whith out anyones knowledge i went in to make what whould be the forth payment i only had one more to go whene the clerk asked me about a previous ticket and asked me to answer the ticket which was for no insurance this was my girlfriends ticket i again did the stupid thing and sighned the ticket i was know on camera i did not mean to harm anyone by my stupidty but at the time i was pulled over i did not have a license to drive it was revolked for failure to pay previous fine i was petrified to go to jail and made a very imature decision
can you tell me what type of sentence im am looking at i have no other offenses except traffic tickets which are all takin care of please help

Unless you are a major traffic law violator with a significant record in the court system, jail time is probably not in store for you under the circumstances you describe. There could be fines, community service and considerable court costs, but probably not incarceration if your prior record isn't awful. No matter, you need to deal with this now to prevent graver problems in the future. Ignoring it, as you are finding out, does not make it get better.
