Conditions of release/bond
Someone is awaiting a compentency hearing. The person is being charged with first degree murder, aggravated arson, and maliciously killing an animal. On the Register of Actions Activity it states, ORD: Conditions of release
Order setting conditions of release
Secured bond of $1,000,000
Casht at 100% of bond or
Bail bond executed on form 9-304, what does this mean? Does it mean that this person is out of jail for now?

Re: Conditions of release/bond
It means that the person must post a 1 Mil bond in one of the forms stated in order to obtain release from confinement, in addition to other conditions which are not stated.
