Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Mexico
Would it be a conflict of interest for a District Attorney to proceed to put me on stand to testify about a situation where me and my familiy were victims of a case, on a District court Felony Case in 2001-2003, and then file charges against me in 2006?

If the present charges against you have no relation to your previous testimony as a witness, then there is no conflict.
