Crimanl Law Question

My husband and I were flasely arrested in October of 2006, The sherriffs department, Da's office, and Court system were involved, The arrest came from filing a well fare check on my husbands children when they were in their mothers care, We want to know how we can have her arrested and make her pay for what she did to us. The charges have all been dropped by the state or DA's office.

Please help us as we are at the end of ideas.

In you are in Albuquerque, sue her in Metropolitan court for the damages she caused you. If not, sue in Magistrate Court in the county in which you reside. No lawyer is required, and most courts will provide forms, but not legal advice, for free.
