How is the crime of Bigomy treated in New Mexico
What are the requirements for proof of the crime of bigomy, how is this reported, and is this crime ever prosecuted.

Guilty of bigamy
A person is guilty of bigamy if he/she is a married person and marries another person in this state (NC) or marries another person outside this state and thereafter cohabits with that person in this state (NC)
It is a Class I felony, and it is prosecuted in NC.
