i am curiousd if the following information states that there is a convicition and whether or not this is on my record here is the information from my court case

You have a conviction in NM until your 18 months probation is successfully completed. After than, your case is dismissed without a conviction. It will always be on record in the court in which it is filed. Under Federal law, a conditional discharge is still a conviction for some purposes.
