my defence attorney
my daughter is the defendant in a criminal drug case and i just found out 4 days before sentencing that my attorney has been lying to me and he does not have a liscence to practice law in this state or at all

The unauthorized practice of law is a crime in NM. Contact the police or the District Attorney of the county in which you live and report this person. Be sure you are correct, as a false accusation could result in serious consequences to you.
