Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Mexico
I was detained and told i was being arrested for indecent exposure. Then I was told that I was going to be let go, but I would recieve a summons in the mail. I wasn't given any other information, no citation, police report number or anything. What can i expect to happen?

Probably you will be sent a summons for indecent exposure, and you will then have the information you need. It is also possible that you will not receive anything, in which case you won't have to do anything. Bottom line, it is up to the cop to decide what he is going to do, and he may or may not forget you.
