diagnostic evaluation
my brother was told he had to do a 60 day evaluation, he went in on 3-7-03, he finished his eval and now there hasnt even been a court date set. do they have to set a date before the 60 days is up??? he is still in jail.

The court will set a hearing when the report of the 60 day diagnostic is received. That could be several weeks after the diagnostic is over with. In the meantime the defendant has the same conditions of release as before, and if s/he cannot meet them, must stay in jail.
