I had a domestic violence case that i did not appear in court for, how long would i stay in jail?

You won't necessarily go to jail, but if you were the defendant you should contact a criminal defense lawyer to help get back on track with the court. If you do not do so, you may be apprehended on a bench warrant, have to spend time in jail, and post a bond. The longer you wait the worse it gets.
