DUI Convictions
Can a person who is in jail with no bond awaiting a Jury Trial for 3rd DUI be able to re-apply for bail in order to return to their job. The employers are willing to guarantee appearance if their employee who is a major asset to the company can be bonded until the hearing.

One is always free to bring the question of pretrial release before the judge, and reconsideration of bond requirements is done by Motion. Your lawyer knows what to do.
