any referal of previous letters written to a state governor for probation pardon?

The is no 'probation pardon.' The pardon is for the felony conviction underlying a probation. Letters requesting a pardon should be address to the governor, legibly hand-written, and short and to the point giving reasons why a pardon should be granted.
Be sure to identify your case by number, name of court, and description of crime of conviction. There are no forms.
