My 25 yr old daughter has 4 felony bench warrants (in New Mexico) for interferring with a custodial court order (in Michigan) and has not been served with either the court order or the warrants. she is currently on the run. Re: Felony Bench warrants
She should contact an experienced criminal defense attorney in the county where the warrants were issued and find out what her options are. They vary from county to county. Initial phone consultations are usually done at no cost to the client.
