Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Mexico
Can I file a retraining order against my brothers girlfriend who takes my kids without my permision, smokes weed in front of them and also fills their heads with hateful and terrible things. I just want her to stay away from me and my kids. She also harasses me at work through e-mail.

Yes. You will have to prove your claims, but if you do you are eligible for a restraining order. What's up with your brother? Can he not help you and put a stop to your problems?
