Is it legal to buy drugs (codine, Darvaset,Roxicet,Percocet) for personal cosumption in 90 day doses without perscription? On line sources say it is?

No. Possession of controlled substances [those you listed] is a crime in NM without a valid prescription. Avoid those online advertisers; you may also receive drugs other than as advertised, or dangerous substances which are not what you thought you were ordering.
