Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Mexico
My J & S doesn't match my plea bargin agreement. Specfically, a traficking charge was to be dropped. It is listed as pending on my J & S and I was sent to a level 3 facility instead of a level 2. Is there anything I can do? The level 3 has a copy of my plea bargin but don't care.
