Juvenile Consequences
Saturday my duaghter and six of her friends decided to take my car for a joy ride. If I prosecute what course of action will be taken and what will the consequences be, i.e. if this is first offense will they get probation? will they be sent to juvenile detention?

Probably they will all be treated as juveniles, if they are such, and their dispositions will depend in large part on their prior criminal histories. If they have prior charges, they could get jail time. If not, probably probation. It is impossible to provide a more specific answer on the facts presented.
