Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Mexico
Is there a law or case law in NM that states a minor witness or victim must not be interview in a police station but to a safehouse like Children's Advocacy Center, Child crisis Center, etc...
Is it legal to videotape the interview of the minor without consent from a parent or witness/victim?

1. A minor victim may be interviewed anywhere reasonable if a crime has been committed; usually a minor is interviewed at a safehouse only when the crime is a sexual one.
2. If a crime has been committed, a minor may be interviewed without the permission of anyone but the minor.
