Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Mexico

Mr. Charles Aspinwall, I thank you for your answer about my son that is in New Mexico prison!!!!! My current question is? Sir, my son's lawyer said he does not know about the "conditions of release. Why would he not know of these terms? Could it be corrections on his J.S. or did the jugde agree to the reconsideration that his lawyer filed, or could it be a parole hearing......... Mr Aspinwall I would like to correspond with you by phone if possible, for you are in New Mexico, and Im in Texas, and you are the first lawyer that has answered any of my questions from New Mexico. I am sure you know my son's lawyer, " Berry Crutchfield" out of Lea County. Please Sir Im just looking for answers. There was a reconsideration filed by my son's lawyer on Aug. 4th, 2011. " Motion For Correction And Reconsideration of Sentence, could this be associated with the "conditions of release."..... I feel that my son's lawyer has a lot on his plate and might have overlooked this. Im just a concerned mother from Texas.........Whom has questions that no one seems to have answeres too at least not in Lea county........ Sincerly : Barbara
