Reconsideration of past sentencing is usually a good thing, and could well mean probation. Probation requires conditions of release, such as no drugs, alcohol, guns, etc., as I explained before. Everything in the law takes a long time - much longer than you are used to. Without having access to his documents, I cannot provide specific answers. If you wish to email me his name and birthday, I will check his records and advise you of the state of his case as reported online. No charge for that. Email [email protected] with the information and I will respond within 2 days. You will not be billed.
