Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Mexico

Pardon of felony record

In 1998 I was charged with possession of paraphernalia in New Mexico. I was to serve five years on felony probation and only had to do one. Since then I have had no arrest or charges brought against me. I would like to file for a pardon in the state of New Mexico and need advice on what I need to do and what are my changes.

Contact the office of Governor Bill Richardson in Santa Fe. They will advise you from there. Your chances are slim.
