prbation violation
my friends 2nd risk of absconding in a years time probation is 5 more months hes in jail for at least 30 days what does the judge usually do for 2 time offenders for not showing up to a probation appointment

He runs the risk of having his probation revoked and having to serve the balance of his original sentence in jail. He should have legal representation immediately to assist with this problem.
