Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Mexico
no pre prosecution programs in california?
Hello I have written before asking about an interstate transfer for probation from NM to CA, but according to my probation officer, there are no Pre-prosecution diversion programs in California, ''as far as she is aware of'' and since she is my PO i am assuming she is right but there is a way i can find out for sure because I was really hoping to transfer and i dont know what to do.

Call the office of the District Attorney in the city you wish to go to and ask.
