Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Mexico
My probation officer agreed to let me discharge early but ran into a problem with the wording on my j and s is there something we can do about that

You can petition the court to agree to early-release; if you are within the time limits the J can be amended to reflect and authorize the early discharge.
