Punishment for crimes

What are the charges and sentencing for someone who is being charged with aggravated battery on a household member, aggravated battery with great bodily harm, and false imprisonment all incidents occuring at the same time.

You have stated the charges, which are felonies. The penalties will depend upon many factors such as prior criminal history, extent of injury to the victim, whether children were involved, whether a gun was involved, etc. If you do not have a lawyer, better get one.
