Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Mexico
I would like to ask a question about taking a preposition diversion packet or going to court , the cops had a under age sting and the person before me behind the bar took the order did not check id and i opened beer, so i was arrested now i face a felony for serving a minor although the cops presented the minor with a twenty dollar beer to purchase alcohol(where is the justice in that), I would assume that entrapment are there entrapment laws, SID dropped the ticket (that was in 2009), all parties are here to testify years later need some advice, please help..... The ppd packet is a raw deal i can't leave my home or county without permission, drop/alcohol test, its just bad they want me to sign a statement of quilt......

If you go to court you lose your license and have a felony on your record. You served a minor. It was your job not to. If you take PPD and complete it successfully, your case is dismissed. Figure it out.
