Question about being target of Grand Jury Investigation
If I have recieved a letter stating that I am the target of a grand jury indictment, and the letter tells me when the case is going to be presented, am I required to be there? What will happen if I go? If I don't go? How will I find out what the decision was? What will happen next?

Re: Question about being target of Grand Jury Investigation
(1) You are not required to attend the grand jury proceedings; (2) Whether you go or not you will most likely be indicted; (3) the DA will send you a summons to appear in court if you are indicted; (4) after that, you will either get a plea agreement or go to trial. You should seek the advice of an experienced criminal defense attorney at once for further more compete information.
