Rebuking a plea bargain

how do you appeal a plea bargain you feel you shouldn't have signed?

Much depends upon how much time has elapsed between your signing of the agreement and now. Also, much depends upon your reasons for now wanting to back out of a deal you made previously. It isn't easy; it is possible under some circumstances. Your best advice is to consult a criminal defense lawyer in your area.
