Can someone get a restraining order against you if you have done nothing wrong. A teenager has stated that my husband threatened her and that there were witnesses.

Re: restraining order
Restraining orders in NM are often granted without more than the word of the applicant. A hearing is required, however, at which time any defenses to the restraining order application may be made and heard by a judge.
