what is the time frame for sentencing after a plea has been signed

There is no set time, and the time varies. Sentencing will frequently be approximately 60 days following the entry of a guilty plea, as a Presentence Report is usually prepared which can take from 30-45 days. The actual date is set by the judge according to the existing docket schedules, which will vary according to how busy the court is.
