Re: sex offenders

You have posted the same question twice. It is not clear what your question is in one post, but in the other you indicate that your boyfriend is a sex offender. If that is the case, my answer to your first post must be modified. Your boyfriend, if a convicted sex offender, will be required to register as such upon arrival in NM, and if he is under any court order requiring him to avoid contact with minor children, he will be governed by that order in NM. Other conditions may be placed upon him such as where he may reside, where he may be employed, his proximity to schools, ect. You must provide more specific information for a more detailed and relevant answer, and disregard the previous posting on this topic.
