My brother in law will have to go to court a customer at his place of employment fileda complaint that he touched her breast and also pulled out his penis and showed her. I would like to know what is the worst case scenerio

Depending upon his prior record and the full facts of the situation which lead to the charges, he could get jail time or probation if convicted.
